Whilst the Narooma Art Centre was in council for the DA application, our office has been busy constructing a 1:100 balsa model of the project. This includes the site terrain, existing buildings and new proposed works.

This model has brought about lots of discussion and excitement for this project. We have always found models to be great tools to communicate scale and context to the end users. They also can be used to resolve aspects of the construction and material detailing during the design development process.
